Support ROAR

Help make Christian education accessible to every learner.

ROAR Academy exists to serve students with diverse learning needs within Christian school communities. That work depends on the generosity of individuals, churches, and partners who believe Christian education should reflect the full Body of Christ.

ROAR Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and your generosity makes a real impact. All donations are tax-deductible.

Why Support Matters

Christian schools and families are navigating real constraints—financial, staffing, and structural—that make meaningful support difficult to sustain on their own.

Support for ROAR helps:

  • Keep Christian education accessible for families who need additional support

  • Fund staffing and resources that allow schools to serve students well

  • Expand access and belonging for learners who might otherwise be left without a viable option

Giving to ROAR is not about funding a program.
It’s about strengthening Christian education so more students can belong and thrive.

Ways to Support ROAR

Support for ROAR takes many forms. Whether through financial giving, partnership, or shared resources, each contribution helps make this work possible.

  • Financial support: one-time or recurring gifts
  • Church partnerships: mission-aligned support and shared vision
  • In-kind support: resources, expertise, or services that strengthen operations

Supporting ROAR as an Individual

How individual giving makes an impact

Individuals support ROAR because they believe students with diverse learning needs belong within Christian education—and that access to meaningful support should not depend solely on a family’s financial capacity.

Individual giving helps to:

  • Offset tuition and support costs for families
Gifts help make ROAR’s services accessible to families who desire Christ-centered education but may not be able to carry the full cost of additional support on their own. This support is offered with care and discretion, preserving dignity for families and students.

  • Support staffing and program development
Individual contributions help fund the people, training, and infrastructure required to serve students well. This includes specialized staff, ongoing development, and the systems needed to partner effectively with schools and families.

  • Sustain long-term access to Christ-centered education
Giving to ROAR is an investment in sustainability—ensuring Christian schools can continue serving a wider range of learners over time, and that families are not forced to choose between faith-based education and meaningful support.

Individual gifts may be one-time or recurring. Each contribution plays a role in strengthening Christian education and expanding access for students who might otherwise be left without a viable path.

Supporting ROAR as a Church

What a partnership looks like

Churches partner with ROAR as an extension of their commitment to families, discipleship, and Christian education.

Church partnership may include:

  • Mission-aligned financial support
Contributions that help sustain ROAR’s ability to serve students with diverse learning needs within Christian schools.

  • Sponsoring support for a student or family within the church
Some churches choose to come alongside a specific family from their congregation by helping support access to ROAR services or Christian school placement. This allows churches to care directly for their own families while partnering with ROAR’s model of support and discernment.

  • Referrals and shared discernment
Pastors and church leaders often help families explore whether ROAR may be a helpful next step, walking with them through questions and decisions.

  • Prayer and relational support
Churches support students, families, schools, and ROAR staff through prayer and ongoing relationship.

For churches, supporting ROAR is a way to help families stay connected to Christian community while navigating complex educational needs.
